Teens CAN make a difference

Too young to be heard,
“What I say won’t matter to anyone”,
That’s absurd,
There is so much that can be done.
Plant native flowers,
Support a local farm,
If we put in the hours,
We can reduce the environment’s harm.
Native is better than invasive,
Let the environment thrive,
Invasive equals abrasive,
Invasives reduce natives’ ability to survive.
Live sustainably,
It does matter,
Don’t live wastefully,
This lifestyle we should shatter.
