Wild Wellness: A Webinar on the Medicinal Properties of Native Plants

Danna Sharp giving herbal medicine talk at Shenandoah Landfill

From Shenandoah University’s Danna Sharp, learn how to identify, harvest, prepare, and use various native plants found growing throughout Virginia and the wider U.S east coast. Some of the plants covered will include Pokeweed, Goldenrod, Elderberry, Red Mulberry – and much more!

This webinar pairs well with our seed sowing workshop planned for later in the winter, where you'll learn how to grow your own native plants from seed.

This will be a virtual webinar, with time for Q & A. Attendance is free, but space is limited, and registration is required.

Upon registering, you will be emailed a link to the online event page, through which you can access the Zoom webinar once the event starts. Please make sure you receive the link, and contact us if you have any questions. We cannot guarantee to be available for tech/Zoom problems on the day of the event, so we suggest registering well in advance!

We'll also sign you up for Sustainability Matters' email list. We never sell your info, and you may unsubscribe at any time.
