Last September we removed invasive plants and earliest this year, had our first seeding of the LOVE meadow in Vienna. We’re happy to report that many native plants are sprouting! But, alas, some invasive plants like Lesser Celandine (aka fig buttercup) and Mile-A-Minute are showing up too.

So it’s time for a weeding party, and, of course, relaxing afterwards together at our favorite brewery, Caboose Brewing Co. We’ll meet at 3pm on Sunday, May 4th. Please register, so we know how many folks to expect.

Note on attire:
Please wear long pants, long sleeved shirts, a hat (if sunny), and to tread as lightly as we can on the native plants, please consider wearing lighter shoes.

Items to bring with you:
weeding tools and gloves, please bring them with you.
