Thanks to the support of our community, 2023 saw Sustainability Matters create new partnerships, launch new programs, and reach more people than ever before!

As we look ahead to 2024, we’re honored to carry forward the work begun by our late founder, Sari Carp, and excited about new opportunities to achieve our conservation mission. Some of the work we’re planning includes:

• Installing the Sustainability Matters Native Meadow in Winchester’s flagship park, where we’ll engage local students and residents in conservation education

• Doubling the number of students served through EcologiGALs

• Bringing Making Trash Bloom to new communities

• Launching a six-month social media campaign to teach people easy ways to integrate zero-waste practices into their current lifestyles

• Continuing to offer monthly webinars, in-person workshops, and member-only events that build community through conservation
